  • Reports and dashboards will be made, and data will be updated as needed.
  • Taking care of virtual interviews and events.
  • Organizing and setting up interviews for candidates while making sure they have a good experience.
  • Work with everyone involved by having a strong focus on candidates, employees, and alumni.
  • Taking care of the whole interview process.
  • Putting up job ads, helping to sort through resumes and applications, and giving candidates useful feedback.
  • You’ll work with numbers and get an idea of what a metrics-driven team looks like. You’ll also help the team set up dashboards and reports.
  • As an HR Intern for Talent Acquisition, you’ll work closely with the TA team and help with the hiring process for all of our open positions.
