- Reports and dashboards will be made, and data will be updated as needed.
- Taking care of virtual interviews and events.
- Organizing and setting up interviews for candidates while making sure they have a good experience.
- Work with everyone involved by having a strong focus on candidates, employees, and alumni.
- Taking care of the whole interview process.
- Putting up job ads, helping to sort through resumes and applications, and giving candidates useful feedback.
- You’ll work with numbers and get an idea of what a metrics-driven team looks like. You’ll also help the team set up dashboards and reports.
