  • SERVICE CATALOGUES AND CMDB UPDATES: ongoing governance and reviews on service catalogues & CMDB and ensuring this is up to date with the latest information.
  • GLOBAL FUNCTION COMMUNICATION: Service owners are in charge of telling their Geography IT counterparts about major problems in their Platforms. It will be important to make sure that these kinds of communications are sent as often and clearly as needed so that ITLT can understand them and act as needed.
