- Who owns the service: PROCESS CUSTODIAN Act as the SO action keeper by making teams aware of best practices and encouraging them to use them. To suggest the best ways to do things and incorporate any changes to the process. Follow the relevant dashboards that these teams make, give feedback to make them better, and move things forward.
- SERVICE CATALOGUES AND CMDB UPDATES: ongoing governance and reviews on service catalogues & CMDB and ensuring this is up to date with the latest information.
- GLOBAL FUNCTION COMMUNICATION: Service owners are in charge of telling their Geography IT counterparts about major problems in their Platforms. It will be important to make sure that these kinds of communications are sent as often and clearly as needed so that ITLT can understand them and act as needed.
- Change and release management is the same as usual. Review In order to avoid any potential disruption to current and live nations, make sure that essential updates and releases adhere to UL change and release standards and safeguard period-end closure.
- Incident management, PROBLEM management, and major incident management: Making sure services are up and running and that any problems are fixed as quickly as possible. There are follow-ups on RCA for important problems and problems that keep happening.
